Questions I get asked before we start.
- The prices say "from". What will it actually cost me?
- You get one fixed price before I start, and that is the price you pay. Most single page sites land at £299 and most multi page service sites land between £499 and £799. If what you want costs more than the tier you picked, I tell you upfront, before any money changes hands.
- Will a £299 site look cheap?
- No. The price reflects how many pages you need, not how good it looks. The lower tier is one page, designed and built from scratch the same way as the bigger projects. Have a look at the work above and judge it yourself.
- What if I want changes after it goes live?
- You message me and I do them. Small text and image changes are usually done the same day and I do not charge for them. If you want a new page or a new feature added later, I quote it as a small piece of work first so you know the cost.
- How is payment structured?
- 50% to start, 50% when the site is finished and you are happy with it. No monthly lock in, no contract you have to sign for a year. If you want ongoing management afterwards we can sort that separately.
- How long does it take?
- Two to five days for most sites, once I have your content. Bigger builds with bookings or logins take longer and I give you a date at the start.
- What do you need from me?
- Your services, your prices if you show them, any photos you have, and a bit about the customers you want. If you have no photos or no copy, say so. I write the copy and use good stock imagery where needed.
- Do I own the site and the domain?
- Yes. The domain is in your name and the site is yours. You are not renting it from me, and you can move it elsewhere whenever you want.
- What if I already have a website?
- That is fine, most of my clients do. I rebuild it and move it across so there is no downtime. Your existing pages and links keep working.
- Do I still need a website if I get work from Instagram or Facebook?
- Social media gets you attention. A website is what people check before they trust you with money, and it is the one thing online that you own. Plenty of my clients get their best leads from Google rather than social.
- Do you work with businesses outside your area?
- Yes, wherever you are. Everything is handled over WhatsApp and email, so location makes no difference.
- How do I get started?
- Message me on WhatsApp with a line about your business. I will tell you what I would build and what it costs before you commit to anything.
